Privacy information

Updated October 15, 2026. This website currently accepts service inquiries. Online checkout and electronic signing are not active on this site.

Information you provide

The inquiry form asks for your name, email, trade, project city and state, approximate project value, requested service, and description. Business name, phone number, deadline, signing-interest, and marketing preferences are optional. Please share only information you are authorized to provide. Do not send payment-card details, policy numbers, identity documents, or unnecessary private client records.

How your inquiry is used

Smith & Sons Contracts uses your information to respond, understand your project, and prepare a service quote. Sending an inquiry does not place an order, authorize payment, or enroll you in a membership. Optional marketing consent is separate from the service inquiry.

Website and email services

The website uses WordPress.com and Jetpack. Form submissions may be stored in the website’s form-response system, and notifications are addressed to digitalcontractsbuiltforyou@gmail.com. Hosting, email, security, and anti-spam services may process information needed to deliver and protect the service, including technical information such as IP addresses and browser details. Hosting and embedded services may use cookies or similar technologies under their own policies.

Project files and future orders

We request additional project information only after reviewing your inquiry. Necessary information may be processed by third-party document-preparation, hosting, email, payment, or signing providers when an agreed service requires it. You will receive the applicable order and payment arrangements before committing. Do not submit confidential client files through this initial inquiry form.

Access, retention, and your choices

We do not sell inquiry information. Inquiry records may remain in the website response system and business inbox while the request and related service matters are handled; a fixed automatic deletion period is not currently configured. To request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of optional marketing consent, email digitalcontractsbuiltforyou@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity and retain records required for legal or accounting purposes.
